I started a new project Rhedenseluchten.nl to form a citizen network for pm2.5 sensors. I took over around 8 sensors ESP8266 from the Arnhemspeil community. Now it turns out that all the sensors I try to register are already registered. The last I tried is #14462369 ESP8266 that will not register with sensor community. How can I get this sensors available again?

Hello,
I think you only have one of these, either the esp8266 or the esp32. And its very unlikely to get both with the same chipID.
(So you are blocking actually another user to register his/her device).
So please tell us which module you have and I will release this and delete the other.

Thank you for clarifying. I only have one ESP8266. However, I mistakenly tried registering it both as ESP8266 and ESP32, using the same ChipID, and removed it a couple of times during the process. Apologies for the confusion caused by this.

Could you please release the ESP8266 with ChipID 6366265 and remove any conflicting entries?

Hello, I treid to connect my noise sensor ID1779749 , had the wrong sensor type selected. I could not change it, so I tried to remove the sensor from my account.

Now I can’t connect te sensor annymore, what can I do?

I removed my sensor from my devices list and now find that I can’t add it back. The message I receive states that the sensor ID is already registered.

Hello,

I’ve the same problem but unfortunatelly I deleted it, so if I try to registrate I got the same “the sensore is already registered”
Please reset my sensor to register it again ID: esp8266-8319863.
