Deleted Sensor Mistakenly

Hi, I’ve restored the device registration.

Hi, i accidentally deleted my sensor with ID 2292490.
Can you allow me to re-register the sensor with ID 2292490 esp8266?

Thanks in advance,
Aleksandar

Hello, I’ve restored the device registration

(and why did you think registering an esp32 would work?)

Hi,

I`ve deleted my sensor by accident: ESP32-7934164 Can you please allow me to re-register?

Many thanks

Paul

Hello, I’ve restored the device registration.

Could you please check if you have an esp32 or an esp8266.
If you use our precompiled firmware images then you should have an esp8266.
The registration should use the correct MCU type.

Hi,

it´s definitely an ESP32 /Heltec Wifi Kit)

Many thanks

Paul

Hi, sorry to bother you. Can you please change the sensor type to ESP32?

Many thanks

Paul

Hello @pka4711 I’ve changed the sensor type to esp32.

Hi,

I reseted my raspberry zero from scratch and used raspberry pi 3 to set up everything but i saw another ID and added the new ID to the site and then deleted the previous ID from the site.

ANd now when I restarted wiht the Pi Zero it generated the same OLD (now deleted) ID and I cant add it to the site as it says it is already registered.

My deleted ID that I need to add again is: 0000000000173668

Please help.

Hello @cozminf (and other raspberry users),

you need to read the new “chipID” with the command ‘cat /proc/cpuinfo’ in the line ‘Serial’.
With that you need to change the srript that sends the data to our servers. Ther should be a line for the serial number.

If you have finished this then you can register the new serial number.

this is my ID (old and new) extracted from cpuinfo: 0000000000173668

Hello @cozminf ,

I’ve restored the device registration.

Hi @ricki-z,

can you please add the DNMS sensor to esp32-50787D16ACB8 ? I forget to add it when I registered the sensor.

Thanks,

Matteo

Sorry for the delay. I’ve added the noise sensor, the map ID is 99008.
