Webservice to request data from device

Hi,
for our city we would like to have historical and actual data to build dashboards and see changes over time.
I couldn’t find it in any documentation, but is there a webservice available in which is the device-id a parameter so I could download the data from it (and for all othet devices I know the ID of)?

Historical data can be found at https://archive.sensor.community/
The data for the last 5 minutes can be requested from our API. A “documentation” for possible requests and filters can be found at EN APIs · opendata-stuttgart/meta Wiki · GitHub
