I haven´t used my sensor a few years because I had technical problems.
By now I solved these problems after moving to another city. I wanted to change the location of my device in my account. But there was no device listed.
When trying to register it, it tells me, that this sensor ID is already registered.
Can you please reset my sensor so that I can reregister it or reenable it?
