Sensor ID is already registered

When you register the device please check the preselected sensors. Normally you don’t need to add a component, just choose the correct sensor types if needed.
In most cases this error is reported if you add a PM or temperature/humidity sensor and there is already another one

Whom can I ask to reset the password for the registered email address? I have my sensor ID but can’t remember which email address I registered it with.

Hello @Tobias , send me a DM and I wil check it.

Hello Riki @riki-zriki-z, unfortunately I’m not sure how to send PM here.

Click on my nickname here and you should see the link to send me a message.

Likewise, it seems I do not have permission to send a private message. There is no button nor link visible in your profile for me.

Hi @ripe , the device registration was deleted two days ago. What was the problem? Or is it okay to restore this registration?

It is okay to restore because its my fault : I deleted it thinking I was wrong on sensor number.

@ripe I’ve restored the registration.

Thank you for the registry @ricki-z

@ricki-z Hi my sensor works and I can see it on https://aqicn.org but not on Sensor Community do you know what I have to do to see it on sensor community please.

Please check the location info of your device (at https://devices.sensor.community). Your device is marked as indoor. These sensors aren’t shown on the mapo by default as the values are very different. You can enable the indoor sensors on the map by clicking on the button in the lower left corner (“PM2.5 (5 min. mean)”). Scroll down in the menu and mark the chexkbox “Show indoor sensors”,
