Provide precompiled binaries for beta/dev

There seems to be some issues compiling the source by users.
Would make some things easier, if you could provide pre-compiled binaries for all beta-versions.

That would make two stages:
a) “official” OTA beta via webinterface
b) manual flash beta/dev via esptool
