Noise sensor with continuous noise monitoring

Hi, I am trying to build a noise sensor to count the number of airplanes passing by my flat. I read that by default the setup given will measure every 35 seconds. So the question would be if there is a way to continuously measure? I am also looking for an ICS43434 vendor in Europe. Any suggestions?

Many thanks in advance!

Hi,
Please contact me per Mail (I send a DM). There is a new version of the DNMS with full time measuring. It will be an occasion for me to contact the “old hares” who are running the project. I had no time in the past months to really take care of this new DNMS.

thanks! i sent you an email

We have several different sound sensor designs here in the netherlands.

Someone in the town of nieuwkoop modified the firmware of the amsterdam sounds sensor to continuously monitor sound (every 3 seconds or so?), send it over MQTT to a server where it is combined with ADS-B data to see if noise peaks can be correlated to passing airplanes. This particular desing uses the SPH0645 microphone.
