Fine dust sensor not on the Map

Hello,
i did build the Dust sensor accordingly to the offical instruction.
Since one Day it delivers Data (visible on the Grafana-Page), but it is not visible in the Map.

It is not configured as indoor sensor. I tried the different filters on the Map. I configured an adress for the sensor to show on the Map.

Can somebody please help me?

Sensor-Id: 587034

Please send here picture of the configuration of both:

  • sensor
  • devices.sensor.community

Most of the time the configuration of the sensors is not the same.

And are the checkboxes checked for API:

  • send to SC
  • send to madavi

Thank you for your response!
I will send the infos this evening.

Here are the Screenshot. Sry its a little confusing.

Maybe is it a problem, that this Sensor is registered as eps32?
But it’s also an esp32.

Or is it a problem that i did not use https?

Which firmware have you flashed ? the ESP32 one or the ESP8866 one ?

Please reflash with the ESP32 firmware and remove the “Auto Update”.

I used the “latest_de.bin” from the Airrohr Flasher v0.3.3.
Where can i choose the esp32 Version? Or selects it automatically?

So it should be the explanation.
@ricky-z the firware flasher still does not support esp32, does’nt it ?

It should be this:

But you will need Platformio to flash it.

AS I always say: " if you don’t know exactly what you are doing, you should stick to the standard process."

Are you sure your board is an esp32 ?

Yes thats right :smirk:

Sry, no… i just have read the inscription. It’s an Lolin NodeMcu v3 ESP8266 :man_facepalming:
So the firmeware should be right.

Maybe i just try an other Board.

But in the Settings (Screenshot 1) it says its an esp32? How can i change this?

Can you please delete this Sensor-ID? I want to re-register my Sensor. As you can see on the Screenshot 1, i chosed the wrong Chip-type (esp32).

Sorry for the inconvenience!

So it is a ESP8266

The sensor as to be set up again from the beginning.
@ricki-z must do it. Don’t do anything for now.
@ricki-z Please reregister the sensor as an esp8266.

Yes, sorry

Ok, i will do that.
