Deletion by detector error

I deleted by mistake my detector and impossible to add it because it remained present in the base. Can you do the needful or give me the steps to follow. This is the detector

Good morning,
Thank you very much for restoring the detector.
I had another question. I moved the detector because I had WIFI problems. Now it’s perfect. Also, is it possible to delete all data prior to 09/07/2023? This is for the sake of data consistency.
