Thanks so much for this great citizen science project. Today I want to share what I am doing with the data my sensor provides. Finally I had the time (thank another Covid infection) to do a write-up of my setup to control my central ventilation unit based on particulate matter data.
I use Prometheus, Alertmanager, Gafana and a few exporters/tools to do this.
So if one of my neighbours fires up his wood stove… my sensor picks this up and based on defined thresholds it’ll switch the ventilation off until the smoke has dissolved.
