Hello, we have 125 participants in our municipality with particulate matter meters. After five years, we’ve received some meters back from participants who have moved or passed away. They’ve lost the email they originally received to manage their meters, or their relatives no longer know where to find it. How can I get these meters back into my domain so we can reissue them to a new user and update their address information? Thanks for your reply.

Please send the liste of the board IDs to tech@sensor.community and send the Email adresse of your own account.
@ricki-z Can release these IDs or register them in your account directly. Then you will use the button to transfer the sensors or keep them in your account.
