Can't find SHT3x sensor

Hi all,

My station was working for the past 6 months without issues and I noticed that the humidity info is not visible on the map.
A short research shows that I need to configure the devices sensors properly but there is no SHT3x sensor in the drop-down manu and most probably this is the reason why the humidity data is not showing up.

I tried SHT30 but it didn’t work. Is there any workaround ?

Hello, there is no SHT3x. Please use the exact type of your sensor which should be one of SHT30, SHT31 or SHT35.

I think you misunderstood me. The exact type of sensor is called ‘SHT3X’.

Well, I tried 35 and 31 and didn’t work.
Maybe I should try the other one ?
How long would it take till the sensor ID shows on map ?

Same value for the sensor and it provides accurate data (checked with external sources):

WIth the actually selected SHT30 the sensor is shown on the map:

The ID of the SHT3x is 84198, the SDS011 has ID 84197.

Hm, how did you see it ? I see only particle sensor. Maybe it was working with the previous mode ?

I see the temperature in https://api-rrd.madavi.de:3000/grafana/d/q87EBfWGk/temperature-humidity-pressure?var-chipID=esp8266-9280981&var-type=SDS011&var-query0=sensors&orgId=1 but on the map I see only #84197 but not 84198.

This is awkward. Tried on another device and the data is visible on the map. I guess it’s something buggy with the browser.
