Can't connect to sensor startpage

my sensors is running well since several years.
But now, i can’t connect to the sensor-startpage from my local network anymore.
it says, it needs a username and a password, but i didn’t set it before.
The statuspage ist available without authentification, but not the startpage.
Any ideas?

There is no default password, it must be activated.

There is no password reset function, you have to flash the device again.
