Hi Bader, it looks like your sensor ID (9629323) and MCU (8266) may already be registered or partially registered in the system. Please try logging into your account and checking under “My Sensors.” If it’s not listed or you still can’t register it, contact the Sensor Community support team directly through the forum or email with your sensor ID and MCU—they can manually re-register or reset it for you.
