yes, it can.
today, i changed several usb power supplies, with some 4-port i got from aliexpress.
suddenly, a sensor who had “low” readings, started following the others…
take a look at the orange line, how it changes when i replace the power supply.
all sensors are in the same place.
Honestly, dont buy stuff which goes to 230V from Aliexpress. It is a total lottery, you can get lot of EM noise out of them which can have who knows what kind of impact. Some of them are outright dangerous not respecting safety distance on the board itself between 230V and the low DC part. Just google around something like “Chinese USB charger disassembly” etc.
i already have 2 out of 30 aliexpress usb chargers exploded.
1-2% failure is acceptable
