Blank Black Screen on Sensor Dashboard After Setup

Hi everyone,

Blank Black screen shows up on my sensor dashboard after setting up my Luftdaten Air Quality Sensor Kit. I connected the Nova SDS011 and the BME280 to the NodeMCU, and everything seemed fine during the setup process. However, when I try to access the dashboard to view the data, the screen goes black, and I can’t see anything.

I have tried restarting the NodeMCU, re-flashing the firmware, and double-checking all the wiring, but nothing has worked so far. Iam not sure if it’s an issue with the NodeMCU, the sensors, or the data upload process to Sensor.Community.

Has anyone experienced this before or have any suggestions? please help me to solve this issue.

Please explain me how you want to access the dashboard. Which URL are you typing ?
When the sensor is connected to internet, you have to connect through the router as described in the instructions.
