Black Screen When Accessing Sensor Data Dashboard Need Advice

Hi everyone,

Iam having trouble accessing the Sensor.Community data dashboard for my air quality sensor. The sensor appears to be transmitting data correctly, but when I try to view the dashboard through the browser, I get a black screen instead of the usual data visualization.

  1. Cleared my browser cache and tried different browsers (Chrome, Firefox).
  2. Verified that my sensor is connected to Wi-Fi and successfully uploading data.
  3. Restarted the sensor and my network router.

Could this be an issue with the dashboard or my sensor’s data upload? If anyone has experienced this or knows a solution, I’d appreciate the help!

You mean the dashboard at 192.168.1. ?
Have you tried to access it with the firmware flasher ? Tab “Search” and then double-click on the sensor.
Your browser and the sensor must be connected on the same network.

Thank you for the suggestions! Yes, I was referring to the dashboard .I will try accessing it using the firmware flasher’s “Search” tab and ensure both the browser and sensor are on the same network. Hopefully, this resolves the black screen issue i will update here with the results.
