Hello! I would like to expand my PM2.5 and 10 Airrohr sensors to measure benzene. Has anyone done this before? If so, what is the detailed process? Thanks in advance.

SC does not collect benzene concentration data. But you can add this measurement in a custom firmware. Fork from Github. You will probably need the ESP32 firmware. Do you wish to detect benzene as VOC or really as benzene ? Which sensor do you want to use ?
Thanks for the answer! I want to measure benzene by itself. I don’t know what kind of sensor I should buy. I would like to measure benzene due to plastic burning. I currently have an AirRohr sensor that is based on this: Sensor Community. How and where could I display the values of benzene, which would be scaled according to color, as for airborne dust?
It would be possible to display the value in the online interface of the sensor which you can access from the router.
For choosing the sensor, you have to check the resolution of the measurement in the datasheet, as well as the min and max values.
I would like to ask for a detailed help in choosing the sensor and how to put it together, what settings to make so that it can work together with my AirRohr PM sensor and so that the benzene values are also displayed on the Internet. Thanks.
