Yes, I unplugged it and kept it off for 10 minutes and also tried to restart several times but it only shows temperature, humidity and pressure but pm10 and pm2.5 no at this point I think it’s the faulty SDS011 sensor

yeah that’s one possiblity.
If you haven’t tried yet, do you have another usb cable and/or charger to make absolutely sure it’s not power related?

Yes, I thought about it tomorrow we will do more in-depth checks
